  • Meeting was called at approx. 7:30am
  • Pamplin Media
    • We reviewed Pamplin’s proposal for the HVBA Business Directory 2010-2011 and approved the contract.
  • Chamber Annual Dinner
    • A motion was made to purchase a corporate table for the Chamber Annual Awards Dinner. Motion was passed by vote.
  • Website Launch Party
    • The budget was reviewed, modified, and approved. $1200 will be set aside for all costs incurred by the launch party.
    • We also approved the printing of 1000 general marketing fliers by Diesel Web Productions for $595
  • New Board! 2010-2011 year
    • President: Lydia Hamann
    • Vice President: Bruce Butler
    • Secretary: Kathy Schaub
    • Member at Large: Zandy Butler
    • Treasurer: Gail Mohrlang
